 | Basic brown rice
Learn to cook basic brown rice. It’s more time-consuming than white rice, but the nutritional benefits are worth it. Use two cups of water to one cup of brown rice. Simmer for about an hour. It’s delicious, economical, and nutritious. Leftovers make wonderful salads.
