This recipe is
*Grain Free *Sugar Free *Soy Free

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6oz Nitrate & Nitrate Free Bacon
1 1/2lbs Organic Brussel Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
3/4tsp Sea Salt
3/4tsp Freshly Ground Organic Black Pepper
3/4 cup Organic Dates
1 3/4 cups Organic Chicken Stock
In a large saute pan cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon strips and place on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Add salt, pepper, and brussel sprouts to fat and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
Add the dates and chicken stock. Lower the heat and cook uncovered until the sprouts are tender, about 15 minutes. Add additional stock if the pan becomes dry.
Return the bacon to the pan and heat through. Season to taste.
